Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
• Typically 4–6+ years in product line management or a related commercial/product role.
• Experience supporting product portfolios, assortment plans, lifecycle processes, launches, and commercialization.
• Strong ability to analyze revenue, margin, inventory, and market data to support recommendations.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned product lines and portfolio health in line with brand strategy.
• Develop and execute product line strategies, roadmaps, lifecycle plans, and commercialization plans.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps, extension opportunities, and rationalization needs.
• Partner with Commercial teams to understand market opportunities and channel feedback.
• Support pricing, assortment optimization, and channel-specific launch strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Operations, Sourcing, Digital Commerce, Finance, and Marketing.
