Job summary

Implus is seeking a Product Line Manager to own Spenco insole and footwear lines, translating consumer insights into portfolio plans and commercialization strategies. You will partner with product development, operations, sourcing and digital marketing to ensure launches and lifecycle management deliver brand and business growth.

The role requires 4–6+ years in product management, strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills, and a track record of impactful product decisions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 4–6+ years in product line management, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Ability to analyze revenue, margin, and market data to support recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned product lines and portfolios aligned with brand strategy.
  • Develop and execute product line strategies, roadmaps and commercialization plans.
  • Monitor performance, identify gaps, and collaborate across functions.
  • Support pricing, lifecycle decisions and channel-specific launches.
  • Translate insights into compelling product positioning and briefs.
