Responsibilities

• Drive execution of global Fall Protection strategies.
• Serve as leader team member on new product development teams.
• Gather and document robust voice of the customer as input to new product development.
• Contribute to new business models for reoccurring revenue streams.
• Work with customer-focused teams on planning and development of marketing collateral.
• Strategically price products to maximize sales and profitability.
• Drive global growth of fall protection with support for International regions.
• Forecast both revenue and unit plans for Operations and Management.
• Work with Operations team to support continuous production.
• Manage product recalls and field upgrades.
