Job summary

MSA Safety in Cranberry Township is seeking a product professional to own the lifecycle of fire service respiratory protection experiences for the NFPA market. You will translate customer needs into differentiated offerings and collaborate across functions to balance long-term strategy with near-term opportunities.

You will drive VOC initiatives, work with stakeholders to set goals, and act as the product expert in high-pressure environments while navigating regulatory demands and prioritizing

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of products and experiences within our fire service respiratory protection ecosystem for the NFPA market.

This role requires excellent listening, problem-solving, business acumen, and communication skills. To be successful in this position, you are expected to deeply understand our customers’ needs and NFPA market dynamics so that you can translate those learnings into best-in-class, differentiated customer experiences.

You will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to ensure the health of your products and the team, helping to balance long-term strategic considerations and product development with near- and mid-term opportunities and challenges in a high-pressure, opinionated environment.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration orrelated discipline

This position is available at multiple levels depending on experience:

• Marketing Specialist II: 2 years of experience
  Assistant Product Line Manager: 4 years of experience in marketing, sales, or engineering of technical products.
• Product Line Manager I: 5years of experience in marketing, sales, or engineering of technical products.
• (MBA or graduate degree may be substituted for up to 2 years of experience)
