Job summary

Moog Inc. in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Product Line Lead to join the East Aurora site Quality team.

The role centers on leading a cross-functional group to improve and accelerate program performance, including supplier design/manufacturing support and manufacturing readiness reviews. You will drive process improvements across supply chain, manage procurement actions, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with internal customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline; Master’s degree desirable.
• Minimum 5 years in Operations, Manufacturing or Engineering with cross-functional experience.
• Experience with US Government requirements (FAR/DFAR, ITAR, EAR).
• Deep knowledge of MBS and SAP modules for planning, PO placement, maintenance, inventory.
• Strong communication and problem-solving; willing to travel 20%.
• Ability to obtain U.S. DoD Secret Clearance.
• Six Sigma/Lean training desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary escalation point between Supply Chain Procurement and Operations.
• Oversee the placement of purchase orders and ensure timely delivery; address issues.
• Update procurement strategies and DDMPR parameters for parts/products.
• Capacity planning across Supply Specialists to support value streams.
• Participate in daily/weekly meetings to align priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams for process improvement across supply chain.
• Ensure PO placement complies with FAR/DFAR/USG requirements.
