Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of mechanical design or product engineering experience.
• Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks and manufacturing processes.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering efforts and mentoring engineers.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as engineering leader, technical authority, and product champion for assigned product line(s).
• Coordinate mechanical engineering activities and support Project Engineers and Designers.
• Provide product-specific technical direction to Controls and Electrical engineering resources.
• Establish and improve engineering standards, design practices, and documentation.
• Lead or participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and implement product improvements to enhance quality, reliability, manufacturability, and cost.
• Provide technical support to Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing, and Field Service.
