Job summary

Streamlight Inc. is seeking a Product Line Manager for our professional lighting tools to translate ideas into strategy and drive end-to-end product development.

The role requires collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product Innovation, Engineering, Materials and other departments to define features, go-to-market plans, launches and pricing. This hybrid position works three days per week in Eagleville, PA, and requires 5+ years in product management, international development experience and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related technical field (Advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successfully launching products.
• International product development experience (China and/or SE Asia).
• Proven ability to manage multiple time-critical projects in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Knowledge of the consumer and professional product development cycle; understanding of supply chain principles.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to present data clearly.
• Ability to travel domestically and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the end user customer on product projects and processes.
• Define end user requirements and maintain external focus via customer visits, trade shows, and focus groups.
• Direct a comprehensive product strategy from conception to end-of-life including pricing and launches.
• Monitor technology trends and assess their applicability to Streamlight products.
• Develop and implement product strategies to meet customer needs and outpace competition.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Sales to support launches and market positioning.
