Job summary

ams OSRAM is seeking a Product Manager, Business Development for the Professional Series Off-Road Lighting. You will own the end-to-end product line, drive strategy, roadmap, and profitability, and partner with engineering across US, Europe, and China to deliver market-ready off-road lighting solutions.

Responsibilities include market research, channel development, and leading commercial activities from prospecting to closure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field with 7+ years experience, or a master’s with 3+ years.
Experience in product management and/or business development in automotive off-road/powersports.
Demonstrated P&L ownership with revenue/margin growth.
Experience with new product development from concept to launch.
Strong analytical skills with Excel for financial modeling and pricing.

Responsibilities

Own full lifecycle for Professional Series lightbar and light pod, including pricing, margin, positioning and profitability.
Conduct market research across off-road, overland, powersports, and work-truck segments.
Develop and execute business development plans and market-entry strategies.
Collaborate with product mgmt and engineering across US, EU, and China to drive development.
Cultivate relationships with distribution partners, retailers, installers, jobbers, and OE/upfit channels.
Lead commercial process from prospecting to deal closure with revenue/margin targets.
Support product launches and go-to-market campaigns with Marketing.
