Job summary

TRIUMPH is seeking a Product Line Manager to own strategy, performance, and lifecycle of a product portfolio. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include building data-driven business cases, managing the P&L, prioritizing development, and ensuring backlog discipline with clear customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in product management, marketing, operations, or related field.
• Preferred experience in product portfolio management, P&L responsibility, and cross-functional project leadership.
• Ability to travel 25-35%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own long-term product line strategy and growth roadmap.
• Identify market opportunities and inform portfolio expansion.
• Build data-driven business cases for new products and enhancements.
• Manage product line P&L, revenue, margins, and pricing.
• Track metrics and address risks or gaps.
• Maintain backlog and align with customer expectations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Engineering to prioritize development.
• Support RFQ quotes, proposals, and negotiations with customers.
• Provide updates to senior leadership and assist with forecasts and planning.
