Job summary

Performance Health is seeking a Product Manager to own strategy, profitability, revenue and lifecycle of assigned products in the United States.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage the product lifecycle from onboarding to discontinuation, oversee pricing and vendor risk, mentor junior product managers, and partner with regulatory and sales to drive market success and margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience leading product strategy and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product lifecycle management including onboarding and discontinuation.
• Lead packaging and regulatory-aligned initiatives with the packaging team.
• Assess vendor risk to prevent unplanned discontinuations.
• Coordinate cross-BU activities to ensure product alignment and drive demand forecast accuracy.
• Own vendor performance management and risk mitigation, including dual-sourcing decisions.
• Monitor KPIs like forecast accuracy, service level, inventory turns, and margins; take corrective actions.
