Job summary

Harley-Davidson Motor Company’s Product Development Center in Wauwatosa, WI seeks a Product Line Engineering Manager - P&A to lead the LCP program across vehicle and accessory development. You will own scope, guide the PLT, and ensure delivery of high-quality Parts & Accessories and customer riding experiences.

Responsibilities include defining program requirements, leading cross-functional teams, and maintaining program fences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Broad product development experience and knowledge.
• Experience leading and delivering high-impact product development projects.
• Experience operating within a formal product development process and leading program management activities.
• Ability to communicate technical and business subjects clearly across multiple levels and teams.
• Experience mentoring others within or adjacent to supervision.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team;manage talent requirements and alignment.
• Program Scope: Define scope with Design, Engineering, and Management to achieve objectives and manage resources.
• Program Requirements: Document critical attributes and translate requirements to vehicle/system levels.
• Product Development: Prioritize and drive development; ensure solutions are efficient, durable, and manufacturable.
• Program Operations: Guide day-to-day program activities, use metrics, and mitigate risks.
• Program Communication: Maintain clear status and alignment with leadership and stakeholders.
