Job summary

AERO Specialties, Inc. is seeking a Product Line Engineer (PLE) to drive product line development aligned with the PLP vision. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee design reviews, and ensure engineering standards and ISO compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• 2 years of engineering design experience with design methods and manufacturing systems.
• SolidWorks or other 3D-CAD proficiency.
• MRP system experience; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and nurture the Product Line Plan (PLP) under Engineering Manager supervision.
• Ensure PLP implementation and alignment with ISO guidelines.
• Assist production with training, support, and team development.
• Manage all technical aspects of the product line and its architecture; oversee design reviews.
