Job summary

Gulftech Group, a multinational OEM, is seeking a Product Line Engineer to drive product development, value engineering, and margin growth across defined product lines. You will lead engineering design, prototyping, and documentation while coordinating with Sales and Manufacturing to ensure timely releases.

The role requires strong SolidWorks skills, DFMA/GD&T knowledge, and collaboration with external and internal customers; travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline.
• Excellent knowledge of SolidWorks CAD software.
• Experience with DFMA and GD&T principles.
• Strong ability to communicate goals and foster teamwork.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and/or margin growth through product development and value engineering.
• Manage engineering for assigned product lines and ensure on-time releases.
• Develop product portfolio based on VOC/VOB and collaboration with Sales.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and other departments on design releases.
• Create models and drawings of products using SolidWorks.
• Research new materials and manufacturability methods; organize engineering records.
• Prototype construction and validation of new designs; perform testing.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain product performance.
