ZF Transmissions Gray Court, LLC is seeking a Sr Financial Analyst to lead financial performance measurement for product lines and develop cost planning tools. You will work with production on cost impacts, validate SAP data, and drive profitability analysis across the transmission manufacturing portfolio.

Candidates should bring 6+ years in cost accounting within manufacturing, a BS in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Engineering, and advanced MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, Economics, or Engineering (MIE).
• 6+ years cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and drive goals.
• Strong project leadership and problem-solving experience.
• Functional leadership experience such as mentoring peers.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial performance measurement for individual product lines.
• Review and challenge cost analyses for manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Develop tools and methods for cost planning, analysis, and control.
• Validate cost planning data in SAP.
• Periodically analyze and report operating results for product lines.
• Identify and plan revenues and cost components of transmissions.
• Monitor Profit Center reporting and profitability analysis of product lines.
• Collaborate with production to assess cost impact of manufacturing changes.
