Job summary

ZF Transmissions Gray Court, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for the off shift in Gray Court, SC. You will lead production personnel, ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost targets, and implement procedures and work instructions to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities include coaching, coordinating between employees and management, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with KPI, IATF 16950, ISO 14001, and SAP policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4+ years of related production supervision experience.
• Strong problem solving and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations and lean principles.
• Ability to train staff on production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Team leadership for assigned team leaders and employees.
• Coach and mentor team leaders to create a positive, results-oriented environment.
• Serve as liaison between employees and the company.
• Ensure safe and issue-free work environment.
• Maintain and improve production performance through waste reduction and continuous improvement.
• Understand and enforce KPI measurements, IATF 16950, ISO-14001 requirements, Continuous Improvement, SAP policies and procedures.
