PlayCore Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own market categories and drive end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to launch. You will collaborate across design, engineering, manufacturing, and sales to deliver market-ready product initiatives aligned with strategic goals.

The role requires strong market analysis, cross-functional leadership, and a track record in product development within manufacturing. Travel may be required to support tradeshows and customer engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in product management or related field, preferably in manufacturing.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices related to commercial playground equipment is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools; strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to launch with timely delivery and quality.
Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze trends for product innovation.
Manage product lifecycle, roadmap planning, prioritization, and obsolescence strategies.
Collaborate with design, engineering, manufacturing, and sales to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor portfolio performance, iterate features based on market dynamics and needs.
Drive go-to-market plans, pricing strategies, and effective product messaging.
