Requirements include a JD from an accredited law school, admission to NY, and 4+ years of litigation experience across liability areas. The position offers a hybrid schedule and substantial professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the State of New York.
• 4+ years of litigation experience including general liability, personal injury, premises liability, and insurance defense.
• Product liability, toxic torts, or complex tort defense preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively handle a litigation caseload from beginning to end, under supervision.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, trials and mediations.
• Draft case analysis reports to clients with proactive resolution strategies.
• Negotiate settlements and collaborate with colleagues to support the team.
