The role focuses on defending manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and other corporate clients in product liability and complex tort litigation, with responsibilities spanning pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.

The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to the bar in good standing, and bring 1–7

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Active bar admission and good standing.
• 1-7 years of litigation experience in a law firm environment.
• Experience drafting motions, managing discovery, and taking or defending depositions.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Represent manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and other corporate clients in product liability and complex tort litigation.
• Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions and motions related to discovery.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on complex liability and damages issues.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
• Take and defend fact witness, corporate representative, and expert depositions.
