Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice in California required.
• 0–7 years of litigation experience in product liability or related fields.
• Experience in a billable-hour law firm environment preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in complex litigation and subject-matter expertise.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Prepare, analyze, and respond to discovery and manage exchanges.
• Develop case strategies with increasing autonomy under mentorship.
• Research state and federal law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks.
• Interview and prep witnesses for testimony in litigation and proceedings.
• Take and defend depositions of witnesses and corporate representatives.
• Argue motions and participate in court appearances under supervision.
• Support client relations and collaborate with paralegals and staff.
• Meet annual billable hour targets and engage in business development.
