Job summary

Avalara, Inc. is seeking a Head of Growth to own growth for a portfolio including DAVO and MyLodgeTax, with a product-led strategy and a cross-functional team.

You’ll own the full funnel, drive acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion, and partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Sales to accelerate revenue from day one. • 12+ years in growth, product-led growth, lifecycle or revenue marketing, or go-to-market leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set the growth strategy and run the numbers for the portfolio.

• Build the product-led engine from first click to paid customer and retention.
• Win through partners, marketplaces, and co-marketing with ecosystems.
