Expedia Group seeks an experienced Product Manager to own the quality measurement of search and recommendations. You will partner with ML Science, ML Engineering, and Search Engineering to define metrics and guide roadmap decisions across multiple brands.

In this role you will drive product metrics, experimentation, and benchmarking, translating insights into prioritized investments, and coaching PMs on relevance practices. This position is based in Seattle and reports to the Product Team.

Qualifications

• Own product metrics, experimentation, or evaluation frameworks for ranking, recommendations, personalization, or search systems.
• Independently design product experiments and translate results into a defensible roadmap.
• Lead milestone and release planning for complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Own the product vision and roadmap for search and recommendations quality measurement.
• Collaborate with ML Science/ML Engineering on model evaluation and tradeoffs.
• Define and own evaluation systems for search relevance and recommendations.
• Lead benchmarking against key players and translate findings into investments.
• Coordinate experiments and analysis to optimize quality across brands.
• Coach PMs on relevance and measurement best practices.
