Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a platform or capability used by other teams.
• Data fluency and proficiency with experimentation tooling and tests.
• Experience with ML-backed products such as ranking or recommendation systems.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, operating model, and roadmap for traveler intent capabilities.
• Collaborate with Data Science, ML, Engineering, Design, Research, and business stakeholders.
• Develop interfaces, data contracts, and self-service capabilities supporting multiple brands and markets.
• Translate traveler intents into measurable requirements and roadmaps.
• Establish success metrics, guardrails, and alignment across stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve intent signals and filters.
