Job summary

Apogee is seeking a commercially minded Product Manager to own the Modern Workplace portfolio and turn complex technology into clear, valuable solutions for customers. You will influence how organisations equip, connect and support their people—wherever they work.

You will lead development, management and commercial performance across End User Compute, Lifecycle Services, UC and Workplace Experience, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Service Delivery and Partners to bring ideas from insight

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, category management or proposition development.
• Strong understanding of modern workplace technologies and managed services.
• Experience across End User Compute, Workplace Services, UC or Digital Employee Experience solutions.
• Track record of developing and launching commercially successful propositions.
• Ability to translate complex tech into clear customer outcomes and sales messages.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle of Modern Workplace propositions from concept to launch and growth.
• Build portfolio roadmaps shaped by customer demand, opportunity and strategy.
• Create propositions combining technology, services and measurable customer value.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear messaging for Sales and customers.
• Ensure propositions are viable, scalable and deliverable.
• Develop sales tools, presentations, playbooks and training for the team.
• Support bids and account planning with specialist product input.
• Build relationships with HP and strategic partners while monitoring market trends.
