Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in product management, business, marketing, sports management, or related.
• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Passion for fastpitch softball and differentiated athlete-led products.

Responsibilities

• Own the softball product category, including assortment strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management.
• Lead new product development from concept through commercialization, ensuring timelines and costing targets.
• Identify market opportunities from consumer insights and trend research and translate into initiatives.
• Drive product line reviews, milestones, and collaborations with internal and external partners.
• Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with global supply chain on development and production.
• Support go-to-market execution with positioning, storytelling, and selling tools.
• Analyze product performance to inform future decisions and continuous improvement.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.
