Franklin Sports, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for Fastpitch Softball to own the category strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle from concept through commercialization. You will align cross-functional teams—design, sourcing, sales, and marketing—to deliver on time, on cost, and to brand standards.

The role requires 7+ years in product management, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Hybrid work from Stoughton, MA with leadership to Senior Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across design, sourcing, sales, and marketing.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and translate insights into strategy.
• Comfort with travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the softball product category roadmap and lifecycle.
• Lead new product development from concept to commercialization.
• Identify market opportunities from consumer insights and trends.
• Drive product line reviews and milestone meetings with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global supply chain on development and cost targets.
• Ensure data integrity, materials approvals, and packaging accuracy.
• Support go-to-market with positioning and selling tools for major accounts.
• Partner with sales on account needs and line architecture.
• Provide data-driven insights for long-term growth and ROI decisions.
