Job summary

Figma is seeking a deeply technical product leader to run the four teams in the Code area. You will grow a team of Product Managers and partner with engineering, design, data, and research leaders to set strategy for connecting customer codebases to Figma.

The role is full-time and can be based in our New York hub or remotely within the Eastern US time zone, with a focus on shipping developer tools and AI products across design-to-code workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing Product Managers.
• Deep experience shipping developer tools and AI products.
• Strategy setting and execution in ambiguous technical environments.
• Experience working with enterprise customers to translate workflows into shipped product.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product aspects of the Code teams, set vision and goals for design-to-code workflows.
• Own end-to-end workflows, including quality measurement, improvement, and discoverability.
• Guide development of code-context systems powering agentic workflows and round-tripping.
• Manage and develop three Product Managers, hire open PM role, maintain high PM craft.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and research to align technical product decisions.
