You will define the product vision, strategize roadmaps, and collaborate across teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric offerings. This onsite/partial-remote role requires leadership to guide development, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product/service design, product/service manager, or project management for a commercialized customer-facing offering.
• Experience with business software applications and back-office systems.
• Experience writing requirements for business software and back-office systems.
• Leadership experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product/service vision and roadmap.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback for new offerings or enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategy with business goals.
• Lead design and launch of new products/services and features.
• Manage lifecycle of existing offerings including updates and retirements.
• Own back-office systems that support product functionality.
