Job summary

Capital One seeks a Manager, Product Management to lead the Mainstreet Card Payments space within the Card Value team. You will shape strategy and deliver new payments features across mobile, web and agent channels, partnering with analysts, designers and engineers to drive measurable value.

You will translate business strategy into consumer facing digital products, lead cross-functional teams, and reimagine payment experiences at scale across Capital One's platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, OR, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, CE, Software Eng, Mechanical Eng, Info Systems or related); Business or Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mainstreet Card Payments strategy within Card Value.
• Deliver new payments features across mobile, web, and agent channels.
• Partner with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to create a roadmap.
• Translate business strategy into consumer facing digital products.
