Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager of Product Management for the Card Payments Team in New York. You will lead the Mainstreet Card Payments space, shaping strategy to help customers make smarter payment decisions and delivering features across mobile, web, and agent channels.

You’ll partner with Business Analysts, Designers, and Engineers to create a roadmap that drives customer and business value. The role emphasizes human-centered, business-focused, and technology-driven product management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Analytics, CS, Engineering) or related field; Business/Marketing also acceptable.
• Bachelor's degree in any field with 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mainstreet Card Payments space within the Card Value team on Payments.
• Create and execute a strategy to help Mainstreet customers make better payment decisions.
• Deliver new payments features across mobile app, website, and agent channels; collaborate with analysts, designers, and engineers to build a roadmap with measurable value.
