Job summary

Capital One in McLean, VA, seeks a Manager, Product Management to lead the Mainstreet Card Payments space as part of the Card Value team in Payments. You will create a strategy to help Mainstreet customers make better payment decisions and deliver new payments features across the mobile app, website and agent channels.

You will partner with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to create a roadmap that drives measurable customer and business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, CE, SWE, ME, Information Systems or related) or Business/Marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field with at least 3 years of Product Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mainstreet Card Payments space within the Card Value team to drive strategy.
• Deliver new payments features across mobile app, website and agent channels.
• Partner with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to create a roadmap delivering measurable value.
