Job summary

Proconex, a leader in industrial automation, seeks a Product Manager for AI Platforms to define and advance product strategy across the AIME/Mobius ecosystem, including VisionAI. You will own the VisionAI product ownership and guide a cross-functional team through roadmaps, MVPs, and commercialization milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Business, Product Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in product management, product strategy, software product ownership, industrial software, AI-enabled products, automation technology, or related roles.
• 2+ years translating customer needs, market insights, and constraints into roadmaps, requirements, and release plans.
• 2+ years collaborating with software engineering, AI/ML, data, platform, hardware, or industrial teams.
• 2+ years of backlog management and agile product execution.
• 2+ years gathering Voice of Customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product roadmap across AIME/Mobius ecosystem and related platform capabilities.
• Translate business strategy and customer requirements into themes, epics, and release priorities.
• Establish governance processes for roadmap decisions, prioritization, and release planning.
• Define boundaries between platform capabilities, configurable features, and customer-specific development.
• Align investments with recurring revenue growth, adoption, and scalability.
• Lead initiatives to define and scale VisionAI offerings and ensure commercialization milestones.
• Partner with engineering, quality, and commercial teams to ensure scalable, customer-aligned solutions.
• Communicate roadmap priorities and risks across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Operations to enable go-to-market and successful deployment.
