Job summary

Good co India is seeking an AI Product Manager to define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI-powered solutions. You will collaborate with data science, ML and software teams to translate customer needs into actionable AI requirements and initiatives.

You will lead discovery, experiments, and go-to-market efforts, focusing on responsible AI, governance, and scalable architectures across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/Data Science or related field.
• Master’s degree in AI/ML, CS, or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in Product Management, AI PM, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, ML, Generative AI, and automation to solve problems.
• Lead AI product discovery with customer research, problem validation, and market analysis.
• Translate business requirements into product requirements, user stories, and AI objectives.
• Collaborate with Data Science, ML/Engineering, Software, Design, UX, Data Eng, and Business teams.
• Define requirements for AI/ML models, datasets, performance, latency, scalability, and reliability.
• Work with teams on LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, recommender systems, predictive models, CV, or other AI tech.
• Establish AI product KPIs; use analytics and experimentation to improve performance.
• Lead A/B testing, experimentation, model evaluation, and user feedback analysis.
• Develop responsible AI practices: fairness, transparency, privacy, security, governance, compliance.
• Evaluate AI platforms, models, APIs, vendors; recommend based on value and feasibility.
• Drive AI product launches, GTM, adoption, lifecycle management; pricing and monetization as applicable.
• Communicate strategy, roadmap, performance, risks, and investment priorities to leadership.
