Job summary

Principal Asset Management seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead a portfolio spanning Talent Acquisition and Talent Development. You will own product strategy, discovery, prioritization, roadmaps, and outcomes across these families.

You’ll partner across HR, Technology, and business teams in Des Moines, IA, embracing a hybrid work model with in-office collaboration and remote work options, focused on delivering measurable customer and business value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of business, technology, or product management experience.
• 2+ years partnering with engineering teams and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Experience leading products through the lifecycle (strategy to measurement).
• Ability to influence and align across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and outcomes across Talent Acquisition and Talent Development.
• Lead product discovery using customer insights, data, and context to uncover opportunities.
• Drive prioritization and strategic tradeoffs across competing opportunities and investments.
• Build trusted partnerships across HR, Technology, Delivery, business teams, and vendors.
