Qualifications

• Experience taking products from zero to one in fast-moving environments.
• Strong product management fundamentals: roadmaps, prioritization, scoping, release cycles.
• Ability to translate scientific capability into clear product value for researchers.

Responsibilities

• Market research to understand where our research tools fit into the broader landscape.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop the product roadmap and prioritization for Arcadia’s first public releases.
• Work with our software team to build a roadmap and define release cycles.
• Define scope for subsequent releases with leadership, ensuring tight scope, benchmarks, and clean handoffs.
• Manage positioning, messaging, and branding for products, including naming, launch narratives, and comms for researchers outside Arcadia.
• Partner with leadership to develop and pressure-test pricing, packaging, and go-to-market models.
• Be the voice of the user inside a research org, translating science into product value.
