Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking an Experience Owner to help shape and deliver a competitive product for members and employees. You will partner with Developers and UX, translate vision into stories, and drive backlog prioritization while balancing strategic goals and member value.

You’ll influence cross-functional teams, analyze usage data, and advocate for best practices in a dynamic, policy-aware environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or ownership including Scrum, Agile and/or XP.
• Experience leading and developing innovative solutions while managing risks.
• Experience in market/consumer research, project management, and analysis for strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional team to define and launch product vision and strategy.
• Translate program vision into product user stories and manage the product backlog.
• Influence and motivate the team and stakeholders toward continuous product improvement.
• Integrate usability studies, user research, and market analysis into requirements.
• Analyze product usage and data to inform prioritization and value delivery.
• Communicate with executive management and partners on product direction.
• Stay current with technology, policy impacts, and industry best practices.
• Partner with business analysts to refine requirements and ensure strategic alignment.
