We’re seeking a Product Lead of Operations to architect and execute operational strategies that will fuel Harbor Health’s ambitious growth.
Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (and working closely with the Chief Operations Officer), this role demands a high-caliber individual who can translate the vision of our care model into day-to-day operations through technology.
You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Insurance, and Clinical teams to build a frictionless operating model that delivers world-class member experiences while also leveraging the best of our clinical & operational teams.
