Collective is seeking a Product Lead, New Product Verticals to shape and launch core experiences that power the member platform. You’ll decide which banking, credit, lending, insurance, and retirement services to pursue, then drive vendor talks, build teams, and own go-to-market.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and executive team across Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Growth to grow revenue per member and improve retention through expanded financial services.

Qualifikationen

• Track record of taking products from zero to one, building opportunity and shipping to users.
• Entrepreneurial, high-ownership mindset with ability to drive plans to completion.
• Strong financial modeling skills to justify margins, market size, and unit economics.
• Go-to-market or growth experience and ability to drive product adoption, not just launch.
• Fintech or financial services experience is a strong plus.
• Clear, direct communication with executives, partners, and engineers.

Aufgaben

• Own the new-services roadmap and decide which verticals to enter next and in what order.
• Size opportunities with metrics such as effort, margin, market size, and scope; present a point of view to leadership.
• Find, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and partners for new services.
• Build and lead the team behind each bet, partnering with Engineering to scope, build, and ship to members.
• Own go-to-market for each launch: positioning, pricing, rollout, and success metrics.
• Run bets in sequence: launch first, learn fast, move to next, hand mature products off to a PM.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and PMs to fit new verticals into the member experience.
• Grow revenue per member by delivering more financial services in one place.
