You will partner with engineering in a fast-moving prototyping environment, align with research teams on data collection strategies, and drive evidence-based product decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record shipping data-focused tooling.
• Experience building data collection tools, annotation platforms, or human-in-the-loop pipelines.
• Experience working with AI/ML researchers or internal researchers.

Responsibilities

• Own the product direction for human data tooling, prioritizing labeling interfaces, infrastructure, data quality, and observability.
• Partner with engineering to ship rapidly in a prototyping environment.
• Develop understanding of research and training approaches to identify where tooling investments have leverage.
• Identify patterns across ad-hoc requests and push toward reusable infrastructure.
• Attend crowd worker and vendor sessions to understand pain points.
• Define and track KPIs: time-to-launch, data quality scores, and impact on model evaluation.
