Job summary

Anthropic's Human Data Platform team builds systems to collect data that improves models, including infrastructure to simulate environments and data-vendor tools. You’ll work with an engineering team to prototype quickly, decide where to invest, and ensure tooling scales as Claude's real-world usage grows.

You will collaborate with research, data ops, and vendors, translating findings into clear build priorities and KPIs that drive measurable gains in model evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience collaborating with AI/ML research teams is a plus.
• Ability to translate research insights into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the product direction for human data tooling with clear prioritization.
• Partner with engineering to scope and ship quickly in a prototyping environment.
• Develop understanding of research and training approaches to identify high-leverage tooling investments.
• Identify patterns across requests and push toward reusable infrastructure.
• Attend crowd worker and vendor sessions to understand pain points.
• Define and track KPIs: time-to-launch, data quality, and model evaluation impact.
