Blue Origin is hiring a Product / Customer Lead for an enterprise operating system spanning MRP, production scheduling, engineering, repair, service, and customer data.

You will own the product vision, gather requirements from operators and engineers, manage a cross-functional team, and drive roadmap delivery with data-driven KPIs and change management to make the platform a single source of truth across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IS, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software product management or technical leadership.
• Experience with MRP/ERP, MES, or PLM in manufacturing/engineering environments.
• Translate BOMs, routings, scheduling into system requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Own product vision and multi-year roadmap for the enterprise OS.
• Engage operators, engineers, supply chain, and programs to capture needs.
• Lead cross-functional team of PMs, engineers, and analysts.
• Define and manage backlog; deliver iterative releases.
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead change management for enterprise-wide adoption.
