Job summary

Adobe Inc. is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own the tools and skills lifecycle in our AI-native Creative Agents platform. You will drive end-to-end spec, testing, and iteration with engineering, while partnering with design to polish UX and ship improvements that creators feel in the wild.

You will work closely with the AI Platform team, define evaluative metrics, and build prompts and system instructions. Strong collaboration and data-driven mindset required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; CS/Engineering background preferred.
• 5+ years in product management shipping consumer/creator products.
• Technical depth to work with engineers and reason about tools/skills.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools and curiosity about agents/LLMs.
• Track record delivering UX quality and fit-and-finish with design.
• Data and experimentation mindset: define metrics and read dashboards.
• Bonus: experience with prompt engineering, evals, LLM tooling, or creators/UGC.

Responsibilities

• Own tools and skills lifecycle end to end: triage, spec, build, test, and iterate.
• Own UX fit-and-finish prioritization in collaboration with design.
• Improve tool and skill quality daily by fixing flaky triggers and outputs.
• Help build out evals: define good metrics and measurable signals.
• Work with AI Platform (AIP) on integration and roadmap alignment.
• Refine prompts and system instructions; run tight experiment loops.
• Provide clear, regular reporting on tool/skill quality and reliability.
