Job summary

You’ll collaborate with researchers and engineers at leading AI labs, turning hard problems into product solutions that advance frontier agent training and evaluation workflows.

This high-ownership role sits at the crossroads of Product, Engineering, and Research, shaping the roadmap, prototyping, and delivering products used in real research settings.

Qualifications

• Strong product judgment and ability to turn technical problems into clear product bets.
• Experience with developer tools, AI infrastructure, evaluation systems or data platforms.
• Ability to communicate with researchers, engineers, customers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set product strategy and internal roadmap to ship environments, tasks, and evaluation data.
• Work with researchers and engineers to understand how they build and improve agents.
• Own technical product areas from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Turn ambiguous needs into concrete requirements, prototypes, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive projects end-to-end with cross-functional coordination and hands-on contribution.
• Maintain alignment with customers through clear roadmaps, demos, and tradeoff discussions.
