Job summary

PermitFlow is hiring a Product Lead to define what we build next, reporting to the Head of Product. This high-ownership role involves cross-functional work with GTM, Operations, and Business Ops to size markets, test bets, and price effectively.

You will drive the next set of major products for early 2027, with potential to grow into guiding a team as the company scales. The role offers the chance to influence product strategy, revenue momentum, and organizational growth inside a rapidly

Qualifications

9+ years of product experience or equivalent founder/GM track record.
Experience taking a product from zero to commercial revenue in startup/high-growth.
Direct experience moving into new customer segments or markets.

Responsibilities

Take core permitting and inspections products into a key new market with GTM and Ops alignment.
Design and validate next products from concept through launch.
Lead cross-functional streams across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Ops.
Own launch readiness including positioning, sales narrative, and support model.
Set standards for product craft as first product lead and build a team over time.
