Nimbus AI builds the fastest way for companies to create, train, and resell branded conversational and workflow agents. Our platform automates data capture, model optimization, and deployment—turning everyday conversations and processes into continuously improving, revenue-generating AI products.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Product Lead to own and evolve the heart of the Nimbus platform. You’ll be responsible for how users capture data, train agents, customize behavior, and deploy automation across their workflows and customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who loves working close to customers, thrives in ambiguous environments, and can translate raw product signals into crisp, scalable systems. You’ll shape the product vision, drive execution, and help define what the future of self-learning agentic AI looks like.

What You’ll Own
  • End-to-end product roadmap for data ingestion, training workflows, agent orchestration, and platform extensibility.
  • Feature definition & delivery in partnership with engineering and design—clear specs, tight iteration loops, rapid shipping.
  • Platform extensibility including APIs, white-label controls, partner tooling, and embeddable agent modules.
  • Onboarding, training, and optimization loops that help users turn raw conversations into continuously improving models.
  • Analytics & KPI frameworks to track activation, usage, retention, and product-led growth outcomes.
  • Customer-driven discovery across enterprise, partners, and power users—translating feedback into actionable product decisions.
What You Bring
  • 3–5+ years of product management in SaaS, platforms, or developer-facing tools.
  • Experience with AI/LLM products, conversational systems, or workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with API ecosystems, integrations, and white-label product patterns.
  • Strong communication chops—can craft clear narratives, PRDs, diagrams, and GTM enablement.
  • Technically fluent: comfortable discussing APIs, data pipelines, embeddings, model behavior, or training loops.
  • A builder-operator mindset: bias to action, thrives with incomplete information, and enjoys both vision and execution.
Why Join Nimbus
  • Define the next generation of agentic AI. You’ll influence the product architecture that powers how companies automate and scale knowledge work.
  • High ownership, high impact. Small team, massive surface area—your work will directly shape platform capabilities and customer outcomes.
  • Velocity is our advantage. Weekly cycles include prototyping data loops, refining training pipelines, launching features, and co‑building with customers.
  • Career-defining growth. We’re growing quickly, and this role grows into senior leadership as the platform and team scale.
