Title: Product Lead – AdTech / MarTech

Location: United States (Remote)

Auxo is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing performance marketing platform used by 200+ brands globally. Our client is redefining how high-intent audiences are activated across the web—through media buying, commerce content, affiliate, and beyond.

We're looking for a Product Lead with deep AdTech/MarTech expertise—someone who knows how to build performance-driven systems from the ground up and thrives at the intersection of architecture, speed, and strategy.

This isn’t a backlog-driven PM role. This is a high-impact, high-ownership opportunity to shape product direction at the core of the platform, working directly with engineering, leadership, and real customer feedback loops.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and scale the core AdTech stack—media buying, bidding, attribution, optimization
  • Define technical product architecture across campaign tools, targeting, and tracking
  • Translate strategy into specs that engineers love—clear, thoughtful, and executable
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ship fast, iterate, and unlock growth
  • Leverage AI/ML opportunities to drive automation and personalization
  • Identify and prioritize strategic bets based on market gaps and user data
  • Act as the product engine behind revenue growth and customer success

What you bring

  • Proven experience building AdTech/MarTech products (e.g., attribution engines, DSPs, affiliate or commerce platforms)
  • A strong grasp of how performance marketing actually works—pixels, bidding, ROAS, CPA, conversions, etc.
  • You’ve worked closely with engineering to design and ship technically complex tools
  • You can dive into architecture discussions and help connect backend, data, and business layers
  • You’re a product builder who thinks in systems, solves problems fast, and thrives in ambiguity

Bonus

  • Experience integrating with content commerce engines, ad servers, or publisher networks
  • Comfortable reading or writing logic—hands-on enough to test your own assumptions
  • Familiar with tools like Segment, Firebase, PostHog, or experimentation frameworks
  • Experience embedding AI/ML or LLMs into product workflows
