Base pay range

Position Summary

We're seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of Product who thrives at the intersection of empathy, systems thinking, and execution. You'll own and evolve Canopie's product strategy and roadmap across our member experience, clinical delivery, B2B integrations, and reporting tools. This is a rare opportunity to build a product with deep emotional resonance, measurable health outcomes, and growing enterprise adoption.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Leadership

  • Lead Canopie's product vision and roadmap, aligning with mission, user needs, and commercial goals
  • Partner with engineering, design, clinical, and GTM teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact features
  • Balance user experience, clinical outcomes, and scalability in every product decision

Engagement, Experience & Growth

  • Design accessible, delightful digital health experiences that moms love and return to
  • Lead efforts to increase engagement and retention across B2B2C channels—including payers, providers, and government partners
  • Optimize journeys and define growth experiments that reflect our values: compassion, credibility, and clinical integrity

Enterprise & Partner Enablement

  • Translate partner needs into thoughtful, scalable solutions without losing sight of the end user
  • Build reporting, compliance, and integration capabilities aligned with health plan and provider expectations
  • Collaborate with sales and partnerships to shape demos, inform go-to-market, and support rollouts

Metrics & Outcomes

  • Define and monitor key product success metrics, including engagement, satisfaction, and clinical outcomes
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous experimentation and learning, with regular hypothesis testing, user interviews, and A/B testing


Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or head-level role at an early-stage or growth-stage startup
  • Track record of success in digital health, ideally in B2B2C environments involving payers, providers, or government partners
  • Demonstrated ability to drive engagement, retention, and outcomes in healthcare products, particularly those serving vulnerable or underserved populations
  • Deep experience designing and optimizing end-to-end product experiences across mobile and web platforms
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate vision into roadmaps, specs, and execution
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with engineering on scalable, high-quality solutions
  • Fluent in data-driven product development — using qualitative research and quantitative analysis to inform decisions
  • Experience working in or adjacent to maternal, behavioral, or preventive health a strong plus
  • Familiarity with SOC 2 / HIPAA-compliant environments and an understanding of health data standards (FHIR, HL7)
