Collective is seeking a Product Lead to drive execution across its foundational platform and shape customer and business outcomes. You will lead critical core product areas and expand into new verticals, embedding cutting-edge AI into the core product surface layer for scaled impact.

You will architect a category-defining function, work with AI engineers and operations teams, and guide an XFN team to deliver ambitious, measurable improvements in efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• 5-6+ years of product management experience in a tech-driven environment.
• Strong domain expertise with systems thinking and operations-adjacent know-how.

Responsibilities

About the role:

We're seeking a Product Lead to drive execution, and directly shape customer and business outcomes across Collective’s foundational platform. You won't just optimize existing systems—you will lead critical core product areas and lead the expansion into high‑growth, potential new product verticals that will define the future of our financial operating system.

You will architect and build a category‑defining function from the ground up, embedding cutting‑edge AI directly into the core product surface layer and establishing the standards adopted by our operations teams and external members alike.

What you’ll do:

• - Own the product area vision, strategy, implementation, and customer & business outcomes for your core product areas.
• - Work closely with AI engineers and subject matter experts to bring to life AI‑driven product experiences - for example: intelligent automation using LLMs and agentic systems.
• - Work with operational teams to ensure they have the tools and workflows to be effective, determining where product automation & AI can unlock efficiencies.
• - Lead and inspire an XFN team to ship innovative experiences.
• - Deeply understand business and product performance to ensure the team is focused on the highest leverage opportunities that balance long term growth with immediate business needs.
• - Manage the roadmap and team processes to enhance quality and velocity of execution, make tradeoff decisions between business priorities and available resources.
• - Drive effective partnership both cross‑functionally, across product teams, and external partners to ensure strong business outcomes.
• - Define the framework and metrics to measure the impact of the team; deeply understand core drivers and monitor progress.

What you’ll bring:

• - 5-6+ years of product management experience with a deep understanding of the product lifecycle.
• - Strong domain expertise and foundational systems thinking (or operations‑adjacent expertise), understanding day‑to‑day operational considerations and implications of execution.
• - An 'owner' and 'driver' mindset – biased toward action and getting things done.
• - Drive for simplicity & elegance – finding elegant, simplifying solutions to complex challenges.
• - A high‑quality bar for contributions.
• - Comfort & skill with ambiguity - solving ambiguous problems with first principles and structured thinking.

• - Fluency with data and experience working on data‑heavy or ML/AI products.
