Job summary

Orange Quarter is partnering with a fast-growing fintech building an AI-powered operating system for estate planning and wealth transfer. The product team is seeking a senior Product Manager to drive strategy across a multi-product platform.

You will work directly with the CPO and executive team, communicate with customers to uncover pain points, and collaborate with design and engineering to deliver delightful tools for wealth managers, attorneys, and asset owners. You will also mentor two PMs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech.
• Experience owning a significant product roadmap from inception to launch for a complex multi-product platform.
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Data-informed decision making by analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategy for your product area with the CPO and executive team.
• Communicate with customers to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Partner with design and engineering to build intuitive products for wealth managers, attorneys and asset owners.

We have partnered with a fast-growing fintech that is building THE AI-powered operating system for estate planning and wealth transfer.

The problem they're tackling is pretty fascinating: wealth transfer is still incredibly manual and expensive. Attorneys can spend 15+ hours on a single estate waterfall, reviewing documents and determining how assets should flow. There's also a huge downstream opportunity for wealth managers, given that 75% of heirs reportedly leave their parents' wealth adviser after inheriting.

The company has already reached $5M ARR with 200+ customers and $25K ACV, including several six-figure enterprise contracts. They recently raised a $25M Series A ($35M total raised), so they're well-capitalised and at an interesting stage of growth.

What you'll be doing

• Work directly with their CPO and executive team to define the vision and strategy for your specific product area
• Communicate directly with customers to understand pain points and potential product opportunities
• Partner closely with their design and engineering teams to build intuitive and delightful products for wealth managers, attorneys and asset owners
• Collaborate with and mentor two other Product Managers

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech
• Experience owning a significant product roadmap from strategic inception to launch, ideally for a complex multi-product platform
• Strong communication and experience being client-facing
• Approach decision-making with a data-informed mindset by gathering and synthesising both qualitative and quantitative information, identifying meaningful insights, and drawing well-reasoned conclusions
