Job summary

Dr. Squatch is seeking a Project Manager (Commercialization Manager) to join our Product Team in Marina Del Rey, CA.

You’ll lead launches, gate stage process, build cross-functional timelines, and drive communications across Product, Marketing, and Operations to scale growth. Ideal candidates have 4–7 years of PM or strategy experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and comfort with Monday/Asana/Jira.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years in project management, strategy/management consulting, or product development management.
• Experience with PM systems (Monday, Asana, Jira) is a plus.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and excellent communication.
• Interest in health, wellness, or eCommerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive large-scale product launches across multiple functions.
• Gatekeep stage gate process and develop cross-functional timelines.
• Build subject matter expertise and drive long-term process improvements.
• Motivate teams to meet deliverables and deadlines.
• Help grow and mature the Commercialization function and team.
