You will lead cross-functional programs from concept through production launch, owning schedule, budget, resources, and customer execution, while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and suppliers. The role emphasizes execution discipline, strong communication, and technical awareness beyond administrative PM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in program or project management in product development or manufacturing.
• Experience leading full product development lifecycles through launch.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills in customer-facing environments.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end product development programs from concept through production launch.
• Own program schedule, budget, risks, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans and launch readiness tracking.
• Ensure alignment between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and suppliers.
• Drive design maturity, validation activities, and launch readiness with teams.
• Serve as primary customer interface for program status and escalation.
• Lead customer reviews and cross-functional gate reviews.
• Coordinate with purchasing, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for tooling and parts.
• Manage engineering changes (ECR/ECN) and cost/timing implications.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to schedule, execution, quality, and supply readiness.
• Document program decisions and changes.
